I’m Bre and this is my story
I have been a fitness athlete for 11 years now, strictly focusing on bodybuilding. Having had a smaller, dancer-body prior to weight lifting, I know what is needed to transform a body and how to achieve those goals. With the techniques I demonstrate in my programs, you too can achieve your own body goals. As a new mother, I understand the need for a timely workout routine — all of my workouts can be completed in roughly 45 minutes.
